Tom Robertson, a Windsor graduate, put Sidney wrestling on the map in the 1960's and kept it there for decades. Most of his 349 dual match victories came as a Sidney coach, following five years at Deposit.

Before retiring Tom's teams won 35 tournaments, including numerous Susquenango and Section Four team titles, even winning two State Tournaments from a team perspective. His wrestlers totaled 60 Section 4 champions, nine State Champions and three National place winners - one a champion.

Tom loved sports of all kinds, as witnessed by his 20 years as a football coach, plus other stints in track and baseball. Some say if there was a high school fishing team, Tom would have coached that too.
